Responsibilities:
- Manage start to finish direct sale campaign process, tracking pixels, troubleshooting tags, targeting, optimization, and reporting
- Analyzes performance metrics for all mobile & online ad campaigns, measuring dozens of variables across multiple dimensions
- Makes changes to campaigns to maximize performance or delivery, based on analyses
- Stay abreast of trends in mobile & online advertising, product development, and yield optimization best practices
- Monitor and generate reporting used for various departments
- Other duties as requested and required
- Ensures direct campaigns are reaching their goals
- Lead a small team of ad operations specialists
Required experience/skills:
- 5+ years overall work experience, with 5 years in online/mobile advertising industry
- Experienced with at least one of the following ad servers: Mopub, DFP, Mocean
- Experience with ad trafficking (display, video), de-bugging, data collection, ad optimizations
- Experience and understanding of Private Marketplaces (PMPs)
- Analytical with a strong attention to detail
- Experience in Excel or other statistical software is desirable
- Knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python is highly desirable
- Ad exchange or Demand Side Platform media buying a big plus
- Previous experience leading a team is highly desirable
- Undergraduate degree or related experience
