Manager, Ad Ops

Responsibilities:

  • Manage start to finish direct sale campaign process, tracking pixels, troubleshooting tags, targeting, optimization, and reporting
  • Analyzes performance metrics for all mobile & online ad campaigns, measuring dozens of variables across multiple dimensions
  • Makes changes to campaigns to maximize performance or delivery, based on analyses
  • Stay abreast of trends in mobile & online advertising, product development, and yield optimization best practices
  • Monitor and generate reporting used for various departments
  • Other duties as requested and required
  • Ensures direct campaigns are reaching their goals
  • Lead a small team of ad operations specialists

Required experience/skills:

  • 5+ years overall work experience, with 5 years in online/mobile advertising industry
  • Experienced with at least one of the following ad servers: Mopub, DFP, Mocean
  • Experience with ad trafficking (display, video), de-bugging, data collection, ad optimizations
  • Experience and understanding of Private Marketplaces (PMPs)
  • Analytical with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience in Excel or other statistical software is desirable
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python is highly desirable
  • Ad exchange or Demand Side Platform media buying a big plus
  • Previous experience leading a team is highly desirable
  • Undergraduate degree or related experience

Java Developer – 6 mos. contract

Requisition Details:

  • J2EE multitier application development experience
  • Strong understanding of java EE architecture and design
  • Experience with OOA/OOD
  • Experience with relational database system like TSQL, stored procedure and function
  • Experience with UI framework, like Java Swing
  • Experience with application development framework, like MVC, spring, EJB.
  • Experience with web service like SOAP and Rest
  • Experience with build, deploy tool like Ant, Maven
  • Experience with Jboss EAP 4.3 and Jboss development tool (JBDS)
  • Understanding of UML Diagrams
  • Excellent communication, documentation and interpersonal skills – must be a team player
  • Must be agile and flexible, able to learn new concepts and skills quickly

Rate – 60-70/hour

Database Administrator – SQL*Server – 6 mos Contract

SQL Server 2008 or 2003 – System DBA Primarily production support, also development & Test environment support. Installation, patching, performance tuning, etc.. Database Administrator Care and feeding of SQL databases in the client environment including ERP and Lotus Notes databases Performance monitoring and tuning of databases and reports Project support including server and application migrations SQL environment project to balance and distribute transactional and reporting load during financial closing periods Support data integration and reporting analyst Rebuild indexes for better performance and boost application speeD Move, shrink or expand database files for more efficient operation, better performance and allow more data within the same space Restore databases from Production to Test or Staging for developers to have most current data for testing Good Knowledge on Installation, configuration and upgrading of SQL server software and related products  Sound knowledge on SQL Server troubleshooting and performance tuning  Ability to work on SQL Server Backuprecovery, Maintenance and Security issue  Working knowledge on SSRS reports  Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills coupled with ability to produce complete, clear, and concise communications including both oral and written forms  Working knowledge of Stored procedure  Ability to plan growth and changes capacity planning  Setup and maintain documentation and standards  Strong interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate and coordinate with clients  Sound problem-solving skills with an affinity for detail
